Just log-on to your Milk Smart Mama account and click on view detail of the order with the item(s) you would like to return/exchange. Then just click new RMA and you will receive an email with the return instructions. If you would like an exchange please let us know the size you would like in the comments section.

Items must be in new, unworn and have the tags attached to be returned. Bras must have been tried on with nursing pads to be returned.

You have 30 days to receive a RMA if more than 30 days have passed please contact us to complete your return.

Please include inside the box an RMA number or your name and order #
